To withdraw from TK99 Flight, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used during account registration.

Important terms regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal ৳2,00,000
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before your first withdrawal
• Processing typically takes 15–30 minutes; banking issues may extend this to up to 24 hours

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — available once per account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — they expire automatically once the validity period ends
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed
• TK99 Flight reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within the specified time, the bet will be voided
• RNG outcomes in slots and casino games are final
• TK99 Flight reserves the right to change odds and rules

Betting limits:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK99 Flight. Violations will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registration using a false or someone else's identity
• Bonus or promotion abuse (including arbitrage betting)
• Any form of hacking or unauthorized access to the platform
• Money laundering or illegal payments
• Managing accounts on behalf of minors
• Use of bots or automated software
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other users

TK99 Flight may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify identity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 24 months)

To close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, provided no violations have occurred.

For inactive accounts, TK99 Flight may deduct an inactivity fee of up to ৳50 per month — however, the balance will never fall below zero.

TK99 Flight takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for service delivery and identity verification.
